Iona grew up near Aberdeen, in the heart of whisky country, and went on to study at the University of Aberdeen. After a short time living and working in Austria she caught the travel bug and moved to the South of France following her graduation in 2004. She worked briefly in Financial Administration before joining CNI in 2007 and quickly established herself as a key agent in the Crew Division, specialising in finding the best senior deck crew and stewardesses for yachts worldwide.
