Maria Fletcher

Charter Fleet Coordinator

Born in the UK, Maria was first introduced to the yachting industry in 1995 when she moved to Grand Cayman and worked for a water sports and dive operation. After cruising on a 32' sailboat through the NW Caribbean Maria, she landed in South Florida where she worked for ShowBoats International magazine and held positions as office manager and brokers' assistant at both national and international yacht brokerage houses. Maria joined Camper & Nicholsons in September 2006 and worked in the Yacht Management Division. In March 2012 she was invited to work in the Charter Marketing Division – an area she had not yet experienced but was eager to explore. In her spare time Maria runs marathons, is teaching herself how to sew, and enjoys reading a great book or watching a movie.
