Michael Rafferty

Yacht Broker

Michael's first taste of yachting arose in Cape May, New Jersey, where he spent 10 summers in his father’s shipyard, working on his boats. After graduating from business school in Boston with an MBA degree, Michael entered the Merchant Marine and received his 1600 tonne Master’s license. He then spent 12 years as a yacht and ship captain. In 1990 he started a marine service company and began his career as a yacht broker. Michael has worked for Camper & Nicholsons for eight years.
