Camper and Nicholsons Crew Placement Division has vast industry contacts as well as a comprehensive database of over 20,000 qualified crew. Whether you are looking for a long term addition to your team or a relief worker to get you out of a jam, we can help you find the right person.
We personally interview every one of our candidates, checking no less than three references and compiling all certificates, menus, and relevant documents. When your job order is received, we go to work, pooling our resources to identify suitable crew members. Candidates will be carefully screened according to your exact criteria, ensuring that they have the correct tickets, visas, and skills.
Finally, you will be presented with the candidates who best fit your requirements. If for any reason, your new employee doesn’t work out, Camper and Nicholsons offers a replacement policy so that your yacht is well-crewed at all times.
