With its spectacular surroundings, warm fantastic climate and numerous berths filled with seriously impressive yachts, it is easy to see why the Antigua Charter Show has become the industry’s most eagerly anticipated winter event.

The industry-only show has become one of the most important in the calendar for charter brokers as it offers them an exclusive look at serious, high calibre charter yachts looking to fill weeks this winter. And, as another 100 yachts sign up for display this year between 5 - 11 December, competition is fierce as brokers cast their critical expert eyes over the vessels and their crew. In fact, challenges this year are set to include a gluten-free, three course Caribbean dinner chef challenge, a creative table-scaping task for interior crew, while onboard mixologists will be entering the 'World Class Diageo' cocktail competition.

Camper & Nicholsons are delighted to announce that they will be presenting four yachts in this year’s show.

Icon: Built by Icon Yachts in 2010 with an alluring interior, infinity pool and signature beach club, this recently refitted and extended 67.5m motor yacht features sleek exterior styling by Redman Whiteley Dixon and interior design by Studio Linse.

Hurricane Run:  Launched in 2009, this 53.5 m Feadship boasts the distinctive and striking exterior styling associated with the acclaimed De Voogt Naval Architects. High quality, exquisite styling and state-of-the-art technology is evident in every aspect of her design.

Shake n Bake TBD: Built in 1981 and refitted in 2011, this 49.82m (163’5) yacht boasts a timeless elegance that has made her one of the most popular and distinctive charter yachts on the market. Previously known as Mary Jean, the recently renamed Shake n Bake TBD is definitely the one to beat this year when it comes to crew performance, having recently taken out a hat-trick of awards in the Camper & Nicholson’s Crew Stars Program, including that of Best Crew.

Icarus: Launched in 2007, the semi-custom built Icarus is an extremely comfortable and performing 27m (88’6) sloop. Wonderfully balanced she is a pleasure to sail, while her elegant modern interior, technical innovation and fine craftsmanship sets this Jongert apart from all other yachts.

Lamima: Fascinating tales from the traditional build of the special and newly launched yacht sailing yacht Lamima will also be presented during the show.
