A highlight of this year’s 25th annual Genoa Charter Show will be the renowned Camper & Nicholsons Yacht Hop, where guests will make their way from one yacht to the next, feasting on delicious canapés and cocktails.

This year's around the world themed Yacht Hop will take place over two days, from 1st May - 2nd May and will see each guest equipped with personalised passports, ready to embark on an exciting adventure. Their mission is to visit at least 5 yachts, rating them and leaving comments along the way while getting their passports stamped to be in for a chance to reap their reward in winning a fabulous prize. Each of the fantastic yachts from our charter fleet available for viewing will be hosting its own theme, including;

The 50m (164') sailing yacht Silencio will be hosting a Venetian Spirit evening from 6pm onwards,  there will be an Arabian Nights theme on board the 45m (147'6) motor yacht Atlantic Goose and a Maeva theme complete with Tahitian dancing from 7pm on the 41.1m (134'8)motor yacht Griffin. Live music from Deyster can be enjoyed on board the 37m (121'4) Aqua Libra with a groovy Paris la nuit evening from 8pm until late, a selection of Japanese inspired canapés and Sake based cocktails will be served on board the 37m (121’4) sailing yacht Northern Spirit in aid of her Zen Spirit theme. The 36m (118') Metsuyan IV will play host to a Beside the Seaside event from 7pm and finally the stunning 49.9m (163’3) QM of London will reveal her surprise theme from 8pm onwards.

The annual Chef's competition will take place over the first three days of the Genoa Charter Show with the prize giving ceremony taking place on Thursday, 2nd May. Each of the Chef's will have the opportunity to show their talents and creativity in preparing a special 25th Anniversary Dinner Party, with a three-course dinner for six. In addition to the Chef's Competition, the Chief Stewardess can enter the table display contest that must incorporate a Ruinart Champagne bottle. Four Camper & Nicholsons charter yachts are entering the competition this year, including; Chef Phil Brady of Silencio, Mark Bishop of Griffin, Ignacio Vigna on board Aqua Libra, Ryan Craig of Northern Spirit and Chef Dimitry Rode and his Chief Stewardess, Kim Cox on board Metsuyan IV.
