The Sydney International Boat Show is Australia's premier boat show, which has taken place annually since its inception in 1968. This year, it will gather momentum in Darling Harbour and Glebe Island from 30 July - 3 August.

The yacht show is a unique show in Australia given its specially built marina in Cockle Bay that can fit up to 300 boats of varying sizes. The event will also use the space of six halls for undercover displays while entertainment for the whole family is guaranteed with the numerous events running throughout the show to include fashion shows, the display of historic vessels and more.

With such a varied coastline, it's no surprise that the Sydney International Boat Show proves an increasing success with each year that passes. The bright lights of the cities combined with tropical islands provide a vibrant backdrop for an alternative cruise in the southern hemisphere and is the ideal destination for the adventurous charterer.
