Camper & Nicholsons have teamed up with The Crew Coach to introduce a dedicated professional development coach for our charter yacht fleet. The exclusive partnership brings The Crew Coach in house to work alongside crew of Camper & Nicholsons managed yachts.

Recognising the essential role professional crew play in facilitating the ultimate satisfaction of yacht owners and guests, Alison Rentoul, who heads up The Crew Coach, has created a full range of original crew development projects to further enhance our overall charter yacht operations. This innovative move provides our charter crew with the support and skills they need to meet and exceed the highest possible standards of performance expected by our clients.

The initiative is also highly beneficial for our charter yacht owners. Coaching of crew directly addresses many of the causes of existing hidden crew costs and problems, including crew turnover, and helps to greatly reduce them. The crew of a superyacht have a direct impact on the overall guest experience of yachting. They are at the heart of yachting operations and those who feel their best interests are being looked after are more engaged and invest more discretionary effort into their position, thus benefiting the charter guest and in turn the reputation of the yacht and of Camper & Nicholsons.
