Camper & Nicholsons leads the way at Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes

25th Sep 2012

This year’s Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes once again pulled in the crowds thanks to over 500 yachts being shown during the week. And, after surveying the selection of brokerage yachts on display, it seems that Camper & Nicholsons all but took over the Brokerage section of the show.

Boasting a total of 14 yachts on display, ranging from 24 to 47 metres in length and €595,000 to €19,800,000 in price, Camper & Nicholsons’ contribution this year was unrivalled. In fact, with a collective 601 metres and €112,928,000 worth of yachts on display, Camper & Nicholsons’ line-up impressed both clients and competitors alike. What’s more, after closely analyzing data from this year’s show, Camper & Nicholsons’ closest rival appeared to only display a total of 11 yachts, with a collective length of 431 metres.

As well as a superior exhibition line-up, Camper & Nicholsons’ expert brokers were busy pacing the jetties organising private visits to the 500 yachts on display and arranging VIP services for clients wishing to arrive superyacht style by private tender from Port Canto to the Old Port and vice versa. Camper & Nicholsons were also providing a private chauffeur service to bring clients to and from their hotel.

Offering a wide selection of the finest yachts currently on the sales market, the Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes has established itself as a must-visit show for potential buyers. For more information about this event, or the yachts on display (as listed below), please contact your Camper & Nicholsons broker
