Camper & Nicholsons Crew Placement Division awarded Lloyd’s Register Statement of Compliance for the second year running
Our Crew Placement Division successfully gained its MLC 2006 Statement of Compliance on the 27th of May 2014.
The Crew Division was originally awarded the distinction in April 2013, but the legislation demands that the department be audited each year to verify that their working practices are in full agreement with the guidelines and requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006.
Debbie Blazy, Director of the Crew Placement Division commented: "The new MLC legislation demands that we have a number of detailed procedures in place, and forces us to work to a very high standard. I’m very proud of this distinction, and I believe that we are creating a reputation as the MLC experts in the industry.”
Along with this certificate of compliancy, our Crew Placement Division also received acceptance to be listed on the French Register of Recruitment and Placement agencies.
