Four of our best charter yachts exhibited at the ECPY Open Day

5th Jun 2014

A fantastic selection of Camper and Nicholsons charter yachts participated in the annual ECPY Open Day in Nice on Tuesday June 3rd, 2014, presenting an ideal opportunity for the industry’s top sales and charter brokers to visit and view them prior to the busy Mediterranean charter season.

The show also presented a welcome opportunity for our Crew Coach Alison Rentoul to visit our charter yachts and discuss game plan, tactics and strategy for optimum crew performance throughout the season as well as ideas for their participation in our exciting Crew Awards programme. Among the 34 yachts attending in the glorious sunshine, four of our most popular yachts were on show and being presented with style and grace by their highly professional crew.

Listed for sale and charter and the largest yacht in the show, the 63.4m (208’) Lürssen motor yacht Polar Star perfectly combines outstanding ocean-going qualities and ice capabilities with the interior volume and amenities of a luxury superyacht.

The beautiful 49.9m T.J. Esperanza has been exceptionally well maintained and operated under MCA and ISM since new and is considered one of the best preserved motor yachts of her age currently on the charter market.

Built in 2009 by Baglietto, successful charter yacht Natori is a 41.80m (137'1) motor yacht with a superior Bannenberg and Rowell interior, combining an exceptional assortment of styles to create a refined and elegant atmosphere.

As part of the successful new series of the rapidly growing ISA fleet, Sunglider II 36.5m has had €1,000,000 spent on a total rejuvenation including interior refurbishment, a full Awlgrip paint job, a W6 on the main engines, jets and exhausts reconditioned and new electrics and is currently listed for sale and charter.

The European Committee for Professional Yachting (EPCY) was created in January 1993 and counts over 100 corporate members from various areas of the yachting industry. Formed to defend the interests of yachting professionals for over 21 years, the EPCY has contributed to the recognition by relevant authorities of the economic weight and importance of the international luxury yachting industry.
