Green Voyager by Kingship - Hull Tested in Water
Due to be delivered in 2014, the 44m Green Voyager has been gradually taking shape and earlier this month she took to the water for the first time.
As the brainchild of renowned yacht builder, Kingship, Green Voyager’s revolutionary design and engineering has been created by Axis Group Yacht Design. The joining of ideas and expertise has ensured the success of this impressive, low impact motor yacht that showcases all the features of modern design and expectations.
On the 13th December 2012, her hull was tested for buoyancy, trimming and afloat condition whilst the depth of her draft was checked to confirm a match with all aspects of the design. After the initial water tests, she was returned to the dry dock for weight monitoring to ensure there has been no deviation in technical and engineering data from calculation by the Naval architect. All tests were passed with flying colours. The innovative and unique hull form of Green Voyager will result in her volume, efficiency and speed being substantially enhanced and she will be built in accordance to RINA and MCA LY2. Her construction has so far been running smoothly and she is now ready to be inspected by a prospective buyer, with a scheduled delivery of between 12-15 months from contract signing.
With intended accommodation for between 10-12 guests and 10 crew in a comfortable and luxurious design, she will no doubt become a fantastic yacht ready to cruise the globe. For more information on this build, please contact Kingship at firstname.lastname@example.org.
