Head Chef, Eli Pomerantz is an incredibly talented chef. With a passion for travelling the world, Eli incorporates authentic local ingredients to create exotic masterpieces (including kosher) for his guests to enjoy.
Having grown up in the bustling suberbs of Philadelphia, Eli began his career in a small fish market at the age of 15. Since then, his passion has flourished and he moved into the restaurant field, where he worked under some of the best French and Italian chefs in fine dining restaurants from Boston to New York.
His everlasting inclination to travel the world was provided by the platform of superyachting. For Eli, the preparation of food is an endearing, beautiful and complex process.
With insight into many of the world’s most exotic foods, cultures and traditions, he will impress you with some of his masterpieces. At every destination, Eli will incorporate the authentic local food and ingredients for his guests to enjoy.
