Monaco Yacht Show 2012 with Camper & Nicholsons

25th Sep 2012

Between the 19 - 22 September, the largest and most exclusive superyachts on the market gathered in the Port of Monaco as the leading brokerage houses displayed the best and most seriously for sale of their sales fleets.

Adding to the fine selection of yachts on show, Camper & Nicholsons displayed some of the best yachts that the sales market has to offer. Displaying a total of 16 yachts, ranging from 60 to 31.5 metres, Camper & Nicholsons had one of the most impressive exhibition line-ups at the show. As well as offering a fine selection of yachts, Camper & Nicholsons also dominated the show's social scene and hosted a number of eagerly attended cocktail events. Camper & Nicholsons kicked off the first of its social soirees on the eve of the show's opening at the Yacht Club de Monaco, in association with the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board, CNM, and J Craft. Over 500 clients and industry representatives wined and dined at one of the Principality’s most iconic settings.

The following evening, in collaboration with J Craft, CNM, Virgin Galactic, Beachamp Estates, and Castelnau Champagne, Camper & Nicholsons hosted clients aboard the 49.8m Mary Jean, then on the Thursday, clients were invited to cocktails on board the 54.7m Tiara, in association with Harrods, Ulysse Nardin, Elite Traveler, Masut da Rive and Castelnau Champagne. Both cocktails were exclusive events that allowed clients to enjoy the relaxed setting of a superyacht after a busy day on the quayside.

With both Monaco and Cannes shows marking such a successful start to the autumn season, we are already experiencing a busy sales season in Europe. What's more, with the Fort Lauderdaleshow looming on the horizon, we have no doubt that the US will see equally positive results.
