Palm Beach International Boat Show - Review

2nd Apr 2012

Palm Beach hosted its 27th boat show this spring. Held between 22 – 25 March, the Palm Beach International Boat Show's continued success has led it to become one of the top ten boat shows in the US.

Once again, this year's show featured more than $350 million worth of boats, yachts and accessories from the world’s leading marine manufacturers, attracting a 12% rise in visitors from the previous year. Located along the scenic Flagler Drive, at the heart of West Palm Beach, the event displayed hundreds of boats ranging from small inflatables and centre consoles to fishing boats and superyachts measuring over 150 feet.

Camper & Nicholsons had a strong presence at the show over the four days, due to a well located and equipped stand, and a fantastic range of yachts on display which attracted a wealth of interest from clients and interested buyers cruising the docks, including the 35.36m (116') Far Niente from Hatteras, the 31.1m (102') Evelyn from Maiora, the 29.35m (96'29) Serenity Now! from Westport, the 23.77m (78'5) Patagon from Marlow Marine, the 23.20m (76'1) La Vie from Lazzara, the 22.86m (75') Floating Dream from Ferretti, the 20.70m (68') 68 Ferretti from Ferretti and the 20.10m (65’11) Tiger Five from Marlow Marine.
