July brought about completions on the sale of a number of highly sought-after yachts.

Walter Sea is pleased to confirm the sale of the 45m (147'7) Marco Polo from the Cheoy Lee yard. Designed by Ron Holland for safe, comfortable long-distance cruising, Marco Polo offers a beautiful interior finished to the highest quality. Walter Sea secured the purchase of Marco Polo for his client from the central agents Fraser Yachts.  Her asking price at the time of sale was US$19,500,000. Walter Sea also reported the sale of the 23.5m (77'1) Dorothea II. Dorothea II’s asking price at the time of her sale was US$4,750,000.

Rick Morales reported the sale of the 32.31m (106') Soulmate. The motoryacht was the newest 20' beam series Broward available on the market, featuring the popular four stateroom layout.  Rick Morales secured the purchase of Soulmate from the central agents Merle Woods & Associates earlier this month.  Her asking price at the time of here sale was US$3,450,000.
