The Superyacht Cup 2014
Now in its 18th year, the Superyacht Cup is the longest running superyacht regatta in Europe and attracts many of the most prestigious sailing yachts from all over the world.
The Superyacht Cup is a favourite with yacht owners, friends, captains and crew who visit Palma de Mallorca annually for the four day regatta. The Bay of Palma will come alive between the 18th to the 21st June as the fleet of 22 super sailing yachts compete in various classes including J Class fleet racing and superyacht classes.
With warm early summer conditions and reliable sea breezes, the Bay of Palma offers some of the most idyllic racing conditions in the Mediterranean. The racing is run by Race Officers and teh team at the Real Club Nautico de Palma. When not racing, the fleet of superyachts partipating are moored in the Superyacht Cup Regatta Village located at Muelle Viejo with the iconic Cathedral and palm tree lined Paseo Maritimo providing a stunning backdrop to the onshore social programme that runs throughout the four days.
